  Last year was a banner year for union organizing. Overall, the number of union members is up year-over-year. The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), however, reports that it is struggling with funding and staffing shortages, even as it experiences a surge in the number of reports of unfair labor practices. 

  How can you help? Contact your Congresspeople and tell them to fully fund the NLRB. That will ensure that when workers' rights are violated, the NLRB can effectively investigate, conduct hearings (when appropriate), and resolve issues in a timely way.
